These have never been installed or energized (some assembled items will be tested prior to shipping to insure proper functioning.) Anything other than new will be CLEARLY stated in the description and/or title above.<br>Warranty & Returns:<br>Unless otherwise stated, all of our new and reconditioned products have a 1 year replacement warranty; Should your item malfunction, a RGA- "Return Goods Authorization" must be requested, approved and item returned before any warranties will be honored. (Improper installation, usage or abuse voids any warranty).<br>Unused/ unopened items can be returned if requested and returned within 30 days. A RGA must be requested and approved. Return shipping is the buyer?s responsibility and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.<br>Shipping:<br>We only use UPS and UPS Freight for all of our shipping. You must have a physical address for us to ship to. PO Box addresses are unacceptable.<br>Unless Free Shipping is offered, buyer pays all UPS or UPS Freight fees.
